PDP Crisis "Ali Modu Sheriff has no court orders to back his claims" - Party chieftain
The representative for the Ahmed Makarfi-drove
guardian board of trustees, Dayo Adeyeye has
tested Ali Modu Sheriff to demonstrate the court
orders he asserted remembered him as the
real director » of the People groups
Fair Gathering (PDP).
Talking in Abuja on Tuesday, June 14, 2016,
Adeyeye said Sheriff was selected and by the
National Official Board (NEC) of the
PDP to finish the residency of Adamu Mu'azu
"In his question and answer session yesterday, Representative Sheriff
gave the false impression that he has court orders
that engage him to proceed as National
administrator of the PDP.
"In spite of his bombast, he didn't show or make
accessible the court requests to the courteous fellows of the
press.
"The reality of the situation is that Congressperson Sheriff has
no court requests to back his cases. He and his
companions keep on shopping around to purchase any court
request at any cost, however so far they have not
succeeded, because of the carefulness and respectability of
the legal," he said.
He expressed that the residency of Mu'azu would have
finished on the February 14, 2016 including that
Sheriff was given an expansion of three months
by the NEC to sort out a national tradition.
"The arrangement of Congressperson Sheriff was most certainly not
approved by any National Tradition of our gathering;
so naturally, he has no other command
which can develop past 21st May, 2016," he
said.
Adeyeye blamed Sheriff for initiating the case
before Equity Ibrahim Buba of the Government
High Court Lagos and others to limit the
PDP from directing race into the workplaces of
the National Executive, National Secretary and
National Examiner.
