The Manchester United Legend has said Wayne Rooney has been “confused” by Jose Mourinho. The Welshman believes that Rooney’s switch back to a role up front has been yhe very cause of his drop of form this season. Nigeria Apex Bank,The Central Bank of Nigeria has asked the management of all the commercial banks in Nigeria to stop any plans or intentions to sack some of its workers.      CBN's Director, Banking Supervision, Tokunbo Martins broke the news at the Bankers’ Committee meeting held in Lagos today. “One of the things we discussed was about the impending retrenchment in the banking industry.
