News reports have revealed that Taylor Swift reportedly threatened Kanye West with criminal prosecution for secretly recording her phone conversation with him months ago. TMZ reportedly obtained a copy of a letter Swift's lawyer sent to Kanye's lawyer as back back as February. The letter states that under the California law, anyone who secretly records a telephone conversation with another person within the state, commits a felony.
