The super successful author whose Harry Potter franchise forms the core of her fortune dropped off the money pile four years ago but recent assessment of her earnings suggests she is a dollar billionaire once more due to the unstoppable march of Harry Potter.The new film inspired by the Potter world, entitled Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them; the author’s involvement with theme parks; and a series of stage productions have all contributed to her resurgence, the New York Times suggested.The newspaper said that while its calculations are only smart guesswork, Rowling’s total earnings come in at $1.2 billion.The paper said the core of Rowling’s wealth remainsthe seven Harry Potter books, which have sold an estimated 450 million copies, with estimated total revenue of £6.1 billion with her share amounting to £900 million at a standard 15 percent author’s royal.

Mike Pence the Vice President Elect has rented  a new home in the capital ,Washington DC. He rented the house for an amount of $6,000 a month. His new apartment has five large bedrooms, a 'contemporary Euro' kitchen, and 3 and a half baths.He hasn't been sworn in as Vice President yet, but Mike Pence has already made the move to Washington DC, reports say.The VP elect is expected to spend a lot of time in the nation's capital over the coming weeks, as he has taken on the role of spearheading  Trump's transition team.It will be weeks before he gets the keys to Number One Observatory Circle - the Vice President's official residence, but that hasn't stopped the Indiana governor from renting out a property just six miles from the White House.

See the Chinese Version of the Movie "Mad Max"

 China are at it again . They have released their own  version of one of Hollywood's Successful movie hit, "Mad Max". Their own version is called Mad Sheila and that's not where the similarities end, their own movie scenes clearly looks like the Hollywood version, which has desert wastelands and high speed car chases set to loud rock music. A Beijing-based New Film Media.is the Studio behind the Movie Earlier this year, three Chinese film companies to court by  Walt Disnry over concerns the film 'The Autobots' was a rip-off of hit movie 'Cars'. 'The Autobots' drew ire in China when it was released last year, with some pointing out similarities with Disney's 2006 film 'Cars' starring Owen Wilson and its sequel in 2011.
