Andrey Karlov ,the Russian Ambassador to Turkey has been Assassinated in Ankara,Turkey.While Attending an Art Exhibition. The Assassination of  Andrey Karlov was seen  on video. Russia President Vladimir Putin called has called the it a "provocation," vowing to step up security at diplomatic missions. He said:     "This murder is clearly a provocation aimed at undermining the normalization of Russia-Turkish relations as well as at undermining the peace process in Syria promoted by Russia, Turkey, Iran and other countries interested in promoting settling the crisis in Syria," Putin said in televised remarks. The crashed plane  IL-18 aeroplane, which belongs to the Russian defence ministry, had  a total of 39 people on board when it came down near Tiksi in the country’s far east Yakutia province. according to Weather conditions were reportedly treacherous when the plane crashed while attempting an emergency landing near a Soviet-era military base. Reports state it broke into three pieces.The  Aircraft which had been carrying out a scheduled flight from Kansk when it crashed 30 miles short of the airfield in Tiksi just after midday (3am GMT).Three Mi-8 helicopters were sent to the scene of the crash by Russia’s emergency ministry.
