A man found guilty of sex outside marriage was also flogged at least 22 times by the person delivering the punishment, who was dressed in long robes and a hood. Ramey, has been arrested for the rape and murder of an eight-year-old girl, Sabrina Stauffenberg, who was snatched from her front porch as she waited for a ride to church. Police found Sabrina's body on Wednesday by tracing her cell phone signal.According to MailOnline; friends of the family told Fox News that Ramey, who has mental health problems, was dating a relative of the child.Sabrina’s stepmother also confirmed to DailyMail that the rapist is a friend of the child’s father.Shortly before Sabrina's disappearance, she had called her Grandmother to let her know that the church bus was late to pick her up.
