Zac Efron And Robert De Niro ‘Party Till They’re Pregnant’ In New ‘Dirty Grandpa’ Trailer

There’s a scene in the new trailer for “Dirty Grandpa” where Robert De Niro tells Zac Efron, “The greatest gift a grandson can give his grandfather is a hot college girl who wants to have unprotected sex with him before he dies.” And that, ladies and gents, just about sums up the two minutes of debauchery that we see in this wet and wild first look at the comedy. Efron and his mighty six-pack star as an uptight groom-to-be who gets coerced into driving his lewd Grandpa Dick (De Niro) to Boca Raton, FL (in a pink Mini Cooper, no less). But along the way, there’s Spring Break to be had! And crack to accidentally smoke! And shirtless contests to win! We see all that and more, including tons of boozed-up antics soundtracked by Macklemore, and a somewhat cringe-worthy sex scene involving De Niro and Aubrey Plaza . Yes, really. Efron also shared the movie’s chee

BVN Registration

THE Nigeria Communications Commission, NCC, carried out an unprecedented action, weekend, slamming telecommunications giant, MTN, with a fine of N1.04 trillion for failing to deactivate 5.1 million unregistered SIM cards on its network within the stipulated time. Specifically, Hi-Tech gathered that the NCC fine was for allegedly undermining efforts by the Nigerian government to tackle security challenges and the war on terror and allied crimes, as the telecoms operator allegedly refused to deactivate unregistered mobile phone lines on its networks. For a country plagued by insecurity of lives and property on one hand, and high incidences of fraud on the other, it is little wonder that Nigerian Agencies seem adamant in their approach to biometric registration, approaching related policies with stone-faced determination and punishing defaulters by a measure almost akin to burning them at the stake.

Buhari should save APC from factionalisation —Sen. Adebayo

Senator Salman Adebayo, a medical doctor, was the Deputy Senate Minority Leader of the ANPP during the 4th Senate. In a chat with Vanguard in Ilorin, he spoke on the crisis between the leaderships of the Senate and the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC while also canvassing support for President Muhammadu Buhari on his anti-corruption war. By Demola Akinyemi AS a former minority leader of the Senate, how do you see the Senate Standing Rule that produced Senator Bukola Saraki as President of the Senate against the wish of a section of his party? During our time, we were regarded as the guinea pig Senate (1999-2003). We were the ones that fashioned out most of these Senate standing rules. There was no minority then because we had about three parties. I was the Deputy Minority Leader of the ANPP. I was in the 6-man committee that was first set up by the senate that fashioned out the rules we are using today. We had the template of the 1989 Senate at that time. The rules of the Sena...

ICC urges India to arrest Sudan’s al-Bashir

The International Criminal Court (ICC) has urged India to arrest and hand over Sudanese President Omar Al-Bashir, who is wanted on genocide charges and expected to participate in the ongoing Africa-India Summit. The Ile-Ife and Yoruba of My Dream by Ogunwusi Ooni-elect

Image
By Ooni-elect Adeyeye Ogunwusi I have a story to tell the world and most importantly the people of Ile-Ife. About forty years ago, I was born into the Giesi Ruling House, Ojaja Royal Compound in the ancient city of Ile-Ife. From birth, my life has been a journey; one that I embarked on saddled with great conscientiousness when I became a responsible father at the age of 19, which shaped and groomed me for greater challenges ahead. To cater for my family as a young father, I became very enterprising with the knack of building something out of nothing. This certainly increased my temperament for being successful in all my endeavours, as well as towing the right path as a responsible father. Thus, in the following years, I was able to build a consortia of companies with a team of well-versed, highly skilled and unskilled professionals from scratch
