MARY  KATE and Ashley Olsen might have grown up in the spotlight owing to their infantile acting debut in Full House, but younger sibling Elizabeth was perhaps unfairly cast as the “other” Olsen sister. Despite starring in the twins’ video projects as a youngster, it was not until her sisters swapped the silver screen for a joint career in fashion design that Elizabeth was able to breakout as the standout actress in the Olsen family

In 2013, she was nominated for the BAFTA Rising Star Award, and went on to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe as the Scarlet Witch in the Avengers franchise as well as scoring roles in blockbusters Godzilla and the Captain Americaseries. It’s her latest turn in Wind River, the US thriller and directional debut from Taylor Sheridan, that has piqued our interest and put her firmly on our style radar.

The pomp around her previous Hollywood films meant that Olsen was one of a large cast sharing the red-carpet spotlight. Wind Riversees her take the lead in the spine-chilling film, which premiered at this year’s Sundance Festival, and she’s got a press wardrobe that befits her starring role.

Four Feared Dead in Ivory Coast Crash.

A cargo plane has crashed into the sea off Ivory Coast, close to Abidjan airport, killing four people and injuring six. The wreckage of the turboprop plane, which was carrying ten people, was swept toward a beach where rescuers treated surviving crewmen on the sand. All four of the dead are Moldovan while four French nationals and two Moldovans were injured. Local police told AFP the aircraft had been trying to land when it crashed. According to local news site Ivoire Matin one person was taken into custody after the crash. It is unclear if they are a member of the crew. Reuters news agency reports that the plane crashed during a storm with heavy rain and lightning. The plane was a Ukrainian-made Antonov chartered by the French army as part of its anti-jihadist Operation Barkhane, a French military source told AFP
