Kidnappers in Kogi release judge but murder Aid's

Justice Isiyaka Momoh-Jimoh Usman of

the Kogi Standard Court of Bid has

been liberated by his abductors.

An announcement issued in Lokoja on Wednesday by

the Advertising Officer of the state Service

of Equity, Mr Saeed Saqeeb, said that the

judge was discharged in Okene zone at around 7

p.m. on Tuesday.

The News Office of Nigeria (NAN) reviews that

Usman was coming back to Lokoja when he was

grabbed at firearm point on Itakpe-Okene street on

June 12.

``The judge has following rejoined with his family

individuals,'' Saqeeb said in the announcement.

His police precise, Cpl. Abubakar Aba, was shot

dead by the abductors while his driver was moreover

shot severally.
