Aminu Tambuwal increases NYSC members salary in Sokoto
The Legislative head of Sokoto state, Aminu
Tambuwal has expanded the recompenses of
corps individuals in the state.
Tambuwal said the expansion is to demonstrate the
corps individuals that he welcomes them,
including that their welfare is top on his need.
The Governor made the declaration while
swearing in the 2006 Group A Stream II corps
individuals at the NYSC introduction camp in
Wamakko.
Day by day Post reports that Tambuwal said
"Alumni of pharmaceutical will now be paid N50,000
from the present measure of N36,000. Drug specialists
will now N25,000 up from the N19,000 possible
before, while alumni of lab science and
other therapeutic professionals like medical caretakers are currently
qualified for month to month stipend of N15,000, up from
the current N9,000 they are getting from the state
government.
"In the same vein, alumni of sociology and
humanities will now be paid N5,000 month to month, a
one thousand expansion from the past N4,000
they get from as state allawee."
Including that "I encourage you to avoid militancy,
terrorism and cultism. I additionally welcome you investigate
Sokoto and study its rich history, society and
individuals."
