We have Chased out Boko Haram from our Territories, says Chief Of Army Staff

Gen Tukur Buratai The Chief a of Army Staff has said the Nigeria Military has been  able to chase out Boko Haram members from Nigeria's territory.
‎He said  this at the unveiling of some office structures at the Albati Barracks in Lagos. According to him, most of the attackers are from neighboring countries.
 “You cannot call it resurgence. We are taking care ofall these. Wherever there is attack, we look at it to see what happened so that we can address specific issues. This is a conflict and we have done very welland gone very far. We have pushed them outside ourterritory. Those who attack mostly come from outside to attack our people. So, we are working withthe multinational Joint Task Force to address that. They are very few and they come from across borders.”‎he said

Four Feared Dead in Ivory Coast Crash.

A cargo plane has crashed into the sea off Ivory Coast, close to Abidjan airport, killing four people and injuring six. The wreckage of the turboprop plane, which was carrying ten people, was swept toward a beach where rescuers treated surviving crewmen on the sand. All four of the dead are Moldovan while four French nationals and two Moldovans were injured. Local police told AFP the aircraft had been trying to land when it crashed. According to local news site Ivoire Matin one person was taken into custody after the crash. It is unclear if they are a member of the crew. Reuters news agency reports that the plane crashed during a storm with heavy rain and lightning. The plane was a Ukrainian-made Antonov chartered by the French army as part of its anti-jihadist Operation Barkhane, a French military source told AFP
