Buhari's reaction to British pm's resignation

President Muhammadu Buhari has responded to

the acquiescence of British Leader, David

Cameron which will come to impact from

October, 2016.

In an announcement issued by his Senior Extraordinary

Collaborator on Media and Reputation, Garba Shehu,

on Friday, June 24, 2016, President Buhari said

the PM's choice was a

showing of boldness.

The president noticed that Nigeria has delighted in

momentous goodwill, backing and comprehension

under the administration of the active Prime

Pastor throughout the years.

He said Cameron's acquiescence in light of

the result of a choice that upheld

England to leave the European Union "Was a

exhibition of valor by an equitable pioneer

who regards the will of the general population, regardless of the possibility that he

didn't concur with their choice.

"By putting the will of the general population before his

political future, the Leader substantiated himself

to be a caring pioneer with deference for

popular government and voters' power," he said

He communicated trust that Nigeria anticipates

more noteworthy participation and solidification of shared

interests with England, regardless of the result of

the submission.

In the mean time, a few Nigerians in the Uk have

portrayed the result of the submission as a

disaster for ethnic minorities in Europe.

Four Feared Dead in Ivory Coast Crash.

A cargo plane has crashed into the sea off Ivory Coast, close to Abidjan airport, killing four people and injuring six. The wreckage of the turboprop plane, which was carrying ten people, was swept toward a beach where rescuers treated surviving crewmen on the sand. All four of the dead are Moldovan while four French nationals and two Moldovans were injured. Local police told AFP the aircraft had been trying to land when it crashed. According to local news site Ivoire Matin one person was taken into custody after the crash. It is unclear if they are a member of the crew. Reuters news agency reports that the plane crashed during a storm with heavy rain and lightning. The plane was a Ukrainian-made Antonov chartered by the French army as part of its anti-jihadist Operation Barkhane, a French military source told AFP
