Halloween’s "spooktacular" magic is often dimmed by people wearing inappropriate, insensitive garbage costumes and this year was sadly no different: someone decided to dress up as Bill Cosby drugging a woman. Yeah, it’s so gross. Little did this person know that Nicki Minaj caught wind of the costume, posting it to her Instagram with a short and salient note. “Our generation is so desensitized,” she wrote.
