Russian Ambassador to Turkey Killed in Ankara

Andrey Karlov ,the Russian Ambassador to Turkey has been Assassinated in Ankara,Turkey.While Attending an Art Exhibition.
The Assassination of  Andrey Karlov was seen  on video. It has been described  as a "terror attack" by the Russian Foreign Ministry. Russia President Vladimir Putin called has called the it a "provocation," vowing to step up security at diplomatic missions. He said:
    "This murder is clearly a provocation aimed at undermining the normalization of Russia-Turkish relations as well as at undermining the peace process in Syria promoted by Russia, Turkey, Iran and other countries interested in promoting settling the crisis in Syria," Putin said in televised remarks. "The only response we should offer to this murder is stepping up our fight against terror, and the criminals willfeel the heat."The Suspect is said to be a Turkish Police Man

Four Feared Dead in Ivory Coast Crash.

A cargo plane has crashed into the sea off Ivory Coast, close to Abidjan airport, killing four people and injuring six. The wreckage of the turboprop plane, which was carrying ten people, was swept toward a beach where rescuers treated surviving crewmen on the sand. All four of the dead are Moldovan while four French nationals and two Moldovans were injured. Local police told AFP the aircraft had been trying to land when it crashed. According to local news site Ivoire Matin one person was taken into custody after the crash. It is unclear if they are a member of the crew. Reuters news agency reports that the plane crashed during a storm with heavy rain and lightning. The plane was a Ukrainian-made Antonov chartered by the French army as part of its anti-jihadist Operation Barkhane, a French military source told AFP
