How it all Went down at the 2016 American Music Awards
The American Music Awards is one of the Biggest music awards in the U.S and yesterday was another Memorable night at the Microsoft theater in Los Angeles.
The show was hosted by Gigi Hadid and Jay Pharaoh

Selena Gomez's Speech:
"In 2014, this stage was actually the first time that I was authentically 100 percent honest with you," she started her speech, referencing her heart-wrenching AMAs performance of "The Heart Wants What ItWants." "I think it's safe to say that a lot of you know a lot of my life whether I liked it or not and I had to stop. Because I had everything, and I was absolutely broken. And I kept it together and I swore I would never let you down, but I kept it too muchtogether to where I let myself down." Gomez continued, "I'm not trying to get validation, nor do I need it anymore."Choking back tears as she delivered her heartfelt speech, Gomez sent hope to those who have gone through the same things she has in the past couple of years. "If you are broken, you don't have to stay broken."
Bruno Mars,31, kicked things off with the first performance of the night with his amazing new tune, “24K Magic”. The crowd, filled with music’selite, ate up every moment of it as Bruno showedoff his incredible singing and dancing skills.
Niall Horan was up next,he gave a memorizing performance of his hit, “This Town.” Playing an acoustic guitar on a circular carpet, and looking hotter than we have ever seen, Niall’s sweet song clearly touched many in the audience. Wouldn’t it be a shock if he became the biggest star to come out of theOne Direction?

Sel who had been off the radar for a while gave the awards a very heartwarming speech that even made lady Gaga to cry.
