The Nigeria Immigration Service has revealed that 154 Nigerians have been deported from Libya
It has been revealed by the Nigeria Immigration Service that 154 Nigerians were deported from Libya by the countries authority.
According to reports, the return the deported Nigerians was processed by the assistance of the International Office for Migration (IOM), which has been instrumental for the voluntary return of many Nigerians trapped in Libya crises.
There were nine pregnant women involved in the deportation, three minors and three others with serious medical issues .In total there were 96 females and 58 males. The deportees were received at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport by officials of the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), the Nigeria Police, Air Force Command and the International Organization for Migration (IOM).
