Man Robs Bank to Escape living with his wife

A 70 year old Kansas man, Lawrence John Ripple supposedly told Authorities that he had quite recently burglarized a bank since he wanted to go to prison rather than keep living with his wife. As per Ripple sworn statement, he worked out his interest note before his  wife and advised her he'd preferably be in prison than keep living in the same home with her, then strolled into a Kansas City, Kan., bank a week ago and gave a teller a note that read, "I have a fire arm, give me money,".According to the Kansas City Star, the teller gave over a pack of money and Ripple, as supposed was to flee with the money,  but he sat in the bank  until police arrived minutes later.

He is said to have told a security watchman who drawn nearer him that he was the "person they were looking for."Ripple, who now faces government charges, later told FBI specialists that he and his wife had been in a battle and he would not "like to be in that situation."Should this poor man sent to prison or sending him back home to his significant other?
