FIFA bans Real and Athletics Madrid for two transfer Windows


FIFA has suspended Spanish giants Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid from buying new players from now till January 2018 after anomalities in the buying of minors.

The two clubs went to a FIFA court to challenge the ban been  giving to them for not legitimately buying players less than 18 years old prior this year, however in another announcement discharged today, the world's football administering body said both clubs have been suspended from buying players for the next two years and have been fined £278,000 and £696,000 respectively.

The FIFA articulation reads:"The FIFA  Board of trustees has chosen to dismiss the claims held up by Spanish clubs Atlético de Madrid and Real Madrid and to affirm completely the choices rendered by the FIFA Disciplinary Council in the particular cases identifying with the assurance of minors."As such, both clubs are to serve a transfer ban that keeps them from enlisting any players at national and worldwide level for the following two complete and continuous enrollment periods for going against articles 5, 9, 19 and 19bis and also adds 2 and 3 of the Regulations on the Status and Exchange of Players (the "Regulations")."The exchange boycott applies to every club except for the women's, futsal and  soccer groups – and does not keep the arrival of players. "Also, Atlético de Madrid and Real Madrid have been fined CHF 900,000 (£696,000) and CHF 360,000 (£278,000) separately, while both clubs have been issued with  a notice and given 90 days in which to regularize the circumstance of all minor players concerned."The grounds of the choices taken by the FIFA Claim Board of trustees were conveyed to the peoples concerned. Theirs read:" In light of today's choice by the FIFA Claim Advisory group, Genuine Madrid C. F. wishes to convey the following:

"2. The club will start the necesaary appeals bids under the steady gaze of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), asking for that the decision should be completely changed and overturned


"3 Madrid C. F. will ask for that the procedure be embraced in a swift way keeping in mind the end goal to acquire a choice from the CAS as fast as could be allowed." Real Madrid's exclusive summer business was to re-sign Alvaro Morata, while Atletico got Kevin Gameiro and Nico Gaitan.
