Woman in Lagos arrested for stealing 12months old baby

Zainab Salisu, had been captured by the men of the Nigerian police after she purportedly masked as a client to kidnap a one-year-old young lady, Fehintola Lawal, in the Abule Egba zone of Lagos State.

As indicated by a report by Punch Daily paper, Salisu was captured on Wednesday by policemen in Idimu territory of Lagos State after a Shut Circuit TV Camera at a grocery store in the Abule Egba caught her getting away with the one-year-old young lady on her back.

The report further uncovered that Salisu, who had prior distinguished herself as Mother Oyin, masked as a client and professedly snatched Fehintola in the Abule Egba zone on Monday, May 16, 2016.

After her capture, Salisu was charged to have admitted to snatching the little child guaranteeing she needed to make the baby hers.

Notwithstanding, it was learnt that another little child was found and safeguarded close by Fehintola at Salisu's asserted den in Idimu zone of Lagos State.

While affirming the episode and ensuing capture of the asserted youngster abductor, the police representative, SP Dolapo Badmos, said that Fehintola had been brought together with her relatives.
