Court orders Johnny Depp to stay away from enstranged wife

A US judge has requested on-screen character Johnny Depp to avoid his offended spouse, performing artist Golden Listened, after she claimed he attacked her.

Ms Heard said in court on Friday that Mr Depp tossed her cellular telephone at her amid a battle on Saturday.

The judge likewise said Mr Depp ought not attempt to contact Ms Listened.

On Monday, she petitioned for separation from the Privateers of the Caribbean performing artist following 15 months of marriage, refering to beyond reconciliation contrasts.

Ms Heard carried a photo of herself with a wounded cheek and eye to the Los Angeles Unrivaled Court.

"I live in apprehension that Johnny will come back to (our home) unannounced to threaten me, physically and inwardly,'' Ms Heard wrote in a sworn presentation.

Mr Depp's attorney wrote in a court recording that the performing artist would consent to a common stay request. He is presently in Portugal with his band Hollywood Vampires.

Mr Depp, 52, and Ms Listened, 30, met while co-featuring in the 2011 film The Rum Journal. They have no kids.
